What are some funny pranks to do at sleepovers?

I'm having a sleep over tonight with two other friends at my house. but when I say pranks i mean like on the neighborhood. outisde of my house. not on my friends. we were planning on a prank on a guy that lives down the street from me. but we don't know what. please not anything dangerous or that could get us arrested!

1. Put some dish soap in their yard. When they try to spray it away with the water hose, it will foam up. Put some flour in their yard. The morning dew will turn it into dough. Put vaseline on the windshield of their car. They will have hours of fun trying to remove it.

3. Ok, I know that you want to prank this guy and not your friends, but I've got a slumber party game that is so much fun! It's called Spanish Horses. What you do is sit around in a circle and you are going to pretend that you are at a Spanish horse race. So the idea is to yell the loudest and do the silliest dance while you route for your horse. So the leader will assign a spanish name to each player, like Taco, Nacho, Guapo, Arted, and Miguel. Something like that. Then each player, one at a time, yells "Ife!" and then the name of their horse. Now, here's the prank part. You give the name "Arted" to the most spirited person. And when it gets to their turn, they stand up and yell and dance around saying "Ife Arted" or in other words "I Farted!" It's so funny!
