What are some harmless pranks to pull on your friends in high school?

I am in a "prank war" with my friends and so far I am loosing. What are some fun, harmless pranks to pull on your friends to maybe help me out. In high school so anything is appropriate.

2. fill their locker with pictures of all kinds of ugly guys or girls, and then put a bunch on bouncy balls in it so when they open it it all falls outt. hee. :)
3. We play childish pranks on each other at work alot. For most things you need for the person to trust you with their stuff for at least a few seconds. Change the screen saver on their computer to something completely ridiculous: a woman I work with is totally into pets and fashion and girl stuff - we put a photo of a screaming Smackdown wrestler with a bloody nose on her PC wallpaper. If you can get into their house and close to a large house plant, hide a potato in the soil of a large house plant. It will start growing. Indoors, potatoes will send out these long (like four feet long) tentacles toward the nearest source of sunlight: they are really ugly and scary looking. The potato can be dug out of the houseplant soil without too much trouble. Go to the supermarket and pick out something totally weird looking in the vegetable aisle (like ginger root) and buy it then secretly hide it deep in the bottom of your friend's purse or back pack for them to then find when they are searching for a coin or in some other situation where they are in a hurry and searching for something. Then of course, there is the oldest prank in the book of putting a heavy stone in their backpack so that they lug it around.
4. my uncle did this in highschool alot lol make sure one of your friends arent home and neither are there parents. take a truck with a steel chain and hook it to the back for tough ones. use the chain and the truck to take out all of the mailboxes on the street and put them in your friends yard
