Get this guy to ask me to hangout this week and want me more?

I'm 15, I like this guy who is 16 that lives 30 minutes away from me and doesn't go to my school. He likes me too and we just recently hungout, we held hands, tickled eachother, just laughed and flirted the whole time. I know that we are perfect for eachother because we have the same personalities. Hes never brought up dating but he always tells me the cutest things and calls me his girl all the time. I would love for this to go somewhere but do you think dating him would ruin everything we have by him just getting bored of me and not being able to see me all the time... I just want to keep him wanting me. My bro has been telling me forever just don't show interest and I haven't texted him first or anything, only on rare occasion and he texts me everyday or talks to me on facebook. (He gets soo jealous too when other guys talk to me or I hang with them.) I gotta get him to want to hangout more but I don't like being the one to suggest it so is there a creative way to make him bring up hanging out this week?
